Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was very outdated and small with a fully equipped kitchen. Surprisingly, it had a QUEEN bed which ISN'T EVEN AN OPTION on the Westgate Park Resort website. However, it was convenient for storing 4 adults' ski boots and 4 adults' clothing.
Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, causing a delay in checking in, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the room was nice, it felt cramped for our group size. The pricing didn't quite match the room quality.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had a gorgeous design that perfectly fit the ski town vibe, offering a mix of privacy and comfort. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were moments where the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. The location was superb with great views and easy access to the gondola. The dining options were limited, but the complimentary offerings were a nice touch. Overall, a great experience with some minor areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen and steam shower. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The location was convenient and offered easy access to exciting activities. However, the dining options were limited, and neither restaurant served breakfast.
The hotel rooms were outstanding, with gorgeous design everywhere that perfectly fit the tone of the ski town we were staying in. However, they are no longer worthy of the price. The service was the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered, but it felt like the staff were nice but not trained properly. The location was great for our planned activities, allowing me to just walk out of the hotel and be at ski school dropping off my children in less than 5 minutes. Dining options were limited, with only a small coffee counter in the lobby, and neither restaurant served breakfast. The complimentary fruit buffet was a nice touch.
The hotel is conveniently located near Park City's Main Street and the ski lifts, offering fun indoor activities for families. However, the dining options are limited, and communication with non-native English-speaking staff can be challenging.
I had a fun stay with the kids at the hotel. The rooms were good, featuring a full kitchen, steam shower, and a comfortable bed, making the stay very nice. However, there was only one bathrobe provided, and the front desk was not very helpful in giving directions regarding passes for parks in the area.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room I stayed in was incredibly small and crowded, lacking some essential features like a fireplace and a full kitchen, but it did offer a steam shower and a massive tub. The service was very nice, with friendly staff available around the clock. The location was fantastic, especially with easy access to Park City's Main Street and the nearby resorts. The dining options were limited to a small coffee counter, which was a bit disappointing. The facilities were decent overall, but there were some drawbacks.
The hotel offers clean rooms with a QUEEN bed but needs improvements and was on the expensive side. It had a kitchenette without any stocked items, booked online with Booking.
The hotel location is excellent, so close to the gondola and within walking distance of everything in Canyons Village. The rooms weren't ready upon arrival, but once settled, they were comfortable and clean. The service was top-notch with kind and cheery staff members. The dining options were limited, only offering a small coffee counter in the lobby. The facilities were well-maintained with easy access to the ski lifts. However, the location was a bit loud for my liking.
